This is an excellent place with affable staff and magnificent views. the room is well-organised and comes equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and an electric kettle. the down pillows and exceptionally comfortable bed make for a relaxing stay.

The hotel was in a magnificent and perfect location very close to many restaurants around, a mall and many food outlets, and the iconic Village park. Its staff were attentive. The nicely decorated room had all the necessary facilities, an electronic key card, a work desk, and a cable television.

We met friendly employees.

Stayed here for shopping, everything was great, I really enjoyed great and comfortable location in a quiet area...

This hotel has incredibly friendly staff, a great location just a short walk from a lovely park, and is conveniently only 0.5 km from the airport.

awesome location for shopping, i loved it. the amiable and attentive staff accommodated my early check in.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. The one-bedroom room was spacious and had thick white towels. Although there was no bath tub, it wasn't an issue for us. We were grateful for the complimentary breakfast, which had a variety of options including vegetarian noodles and personalized eggs. The Sunday buffet breakfast was slightly different from Monday, but both had a good spread of local fruits, croissants, muffins, and bread. Our group of elderly travelers had a pleasant time. The staff were accommodating, providing us with an extra bed even at the last minute. The pool and playroom were a hit with our children. The room itself was amazing with a great view from a higher floor. The bed was super comfy, and the air-conditioning worked well. The room had good lighting and ambiance, perfect for working. The kitchen facilities, including the microwave and induction cooktop, were in good condition, and the huge fridge was a bonus. Plates and utensils were also provided, making it convenient to eat in the living room. The bathrobes were a nice touch, although I forgot to ask for the price. The toiletries were eco-friendly, with big refillable bottles for shower gel and shampoo. This place felt like a second home for my family during our holiday, and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family looking for a comfortable stay. The breakfast at "The little fox" was simple but enjoyable, and the staff serving us had a sunny disposition that made our day.

Place was excellent and minute walk from Tropicana City Mall. Comfy and ideal setting to high end restaurants. Found just off malls and surrounding areas as well as a shopping mall.

Arrived early and was able to check-in early with great service all around.

Located in the heart of the city, it offers great convenience. It's just a short walk to Barbican House. the rooms are reasonably spacious and include an additional bed in Bedroom 2, which is a fantastic offer. There is also a wonderful variety of options for meals.

The 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms was convenient for our group. The well-laid out Database Room had a washing machine, which was a definite plus. Additionally, there were plenty of eateries nearby.

We felt really comfortable during our stay and had a great experience. The staff at Somerset Damansara Uptown Petaling Jaya were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed.

Clean place that's perfect for a family getaway 🧹. the spot is so convenient, just a quick 10-minute drive to Kidzania for a fun family day out.

The location of Somerset was perfect, with Starling Mall and other shopping centers nearby. The reception staff were extremely helpful and followed all the necessary safety protocols. The unit itself had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen. I appreciated their effort to reduce plastic waste by providing a water jug instead of individual bottles.

The spread was very simple and when I went at 9.45am, the food trays were already empty with no replenishment. The pillows in the room were too soft and didn't provide enough support.

The hotel's interior was so elegantly decorated, just like a luxurious home. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like me. I appreciated how convenient it was to navigate the hotel and move around without any difficulties. The design and layout were thoughtfully created to ensure comfort and ease of movement for older guests.

It would have been even better for senior people if there were more amenities catered specifically to our needs. The staff, though helpful, could have been more attentive and considerate towards the needs of older guests.

So many shopping malls around, I felt like a shopaholic in paradise. The staff were sweet enough to do my laundry and babysit for me. This place is the ideal home for business travelers, because who doesn't want to live in a commercial hub?

And don't even get me started on the joy of being woken up by a blaring TV due to dead batteries. Perfect way to start the day!
